Belma McCaffrey is a Partner at Evolution, and a certified, trauma-informed Executive and Leadership Coach. She’s also the Founder of Work Bigger, a career and leadership coaching company that supports individuals and organizations with reaching their full potential.
Belma has supported various brands with leadership development, career development, teaming and wellbeing, including the billion-dollar luxury fashion brands, Chanel and Burberry, and organizations in media, food, and finance, such as Owyn, Oath, The Financial Times and Eisneramper. She has also coached hundreds of individuals at all levels - from the C-suite to individual contributors, and her work has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, Thrive Global and Inc.
Prior to building her own business, Belma spent 13+ years working in business development and strategy roles at companies, such as the Associated Press, GroupM, and Conde Nast.
Belma is currently receiving her certification in Human Resources Strategy from Cornell University. She has an MBA from Baruch College, and a BA from Syracuse University. She's undergone more than 400 hours of coaching and facilitator training from the NeuroLeadership Institute and COR, and she specializes in supporting teams and individuals with behavior change and emotional intelligence.
On a personal note, she lives in New Jersey with her husband and two boys. She’s a refugee from Albania who moved to the United States with her family when she was 8 years old. She loves reading, eating good food, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
