How Coaching Circles Work:
Each circle is curated to bring together 5-8 leaders at similar stages in their business and personal growth.
Some circles gather virtually (via video chat) and others in person.
Everything shared in circle is held as confidential to create a safe space for exploring even the trickiest challenges.
Professional facilitation by an executive coach ensures that the time is well-spent.
Each member of the circle commits to participating for four to twelve months (depending on the circle).
