A former French teacher, pharmaceutical sales leader, nonprofit executive and entrepreneur, Chantelle has leveraged her diverse background to connect with clients. She is a certified mindfulness and emotional intelligence trainer, coach, and consultant. She has a unique talent for transforming unaware leaders into self-aware, self-reflective individuals who foster inclusive, equitable, and high-performing teams. One of her signature programs, Connection Sessions™, bridges C-suite executives and marginalized identities to address biases and build connections through shared humanity. Her clientele includes top companies like Hallmark, Crayola, DuPont, Procter & Gamble, and Mizuho, as well as non-profits such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Main Line Health, and Virtua Health.
Chantelle serves as an advisor and coach to several Fortune 500 companies. She holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit/NGO Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in French with Secondary Certification from Muhlenberg College. She is a former board member of PHL Diversity and Studio Incamminati.
In her personal life, Chantelle enjoys traveling, cooking, meditation, reading and spending time with her baby boy, Shane, and her partner, Ed.
