Jody Radtke is a dynamic executive coach, team facilitator and educator specializing in balancing wellness with strategic thinking. She focuses on areas of women’s empowerment, equity and sustainability, personal and organizational change and developing high functioning teams. Jody thinks in systems- Human systems of psychology, neurology and team dynamics, and in Built-systems of structures, scale and cross-functionality. Jody works with clients across sectors - from tech to healthcare to NPOs and education. Some examples of clients include: Slack, YouTube, Spotify, Nuna, Archer, Next Chapter, Icebreaker, Change Labs, CMH, Pursuit Collection and Techstars.

Jody leads executive retreats and team-building expeditions ranging from ski trips in Whistler, BC to treks to Mt Everest base camp in Nepal. She has been training leaders on emotional intelligence, team dynamics, feedback skills and leadership styles for decades. Jody’s formative career was in the non-profit and education sectors where she honed her skills in leadership, operations and HR. She holds a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership and is an avid learner with continued studies in Integral Coaching, Somatics, Enneagram, Buddhism, Positive Intelligence, The Work that Reconnects and many others.

Jody currently serves on the board of multiple non-profits and can often be found out on the ocean facilitating stand up paddle (SUP) mindfulness events for local charities and teams. She is an outdoors enthusiast and draws lessons from the natural world, ecosystems and complexity theory. Living with her wife and dog in the unceded traditional territory of the Squamish Nation in beautiful British Columbia near Vancouver, Canada, Jody is at home climbing at the local cliffs, SUPing, trail running or writing poetry in one of her favorite sit spots.
