As a coach, transformation partner and executive recruiter, Lizzie works alongside evolving leaders and entrepreneurs asking the questions at the crossroads of transformative change – Who am I? Why am I here? How do I fulfill my unique purpose? For two decades, she’s been helping leaders create new legacy-leaving paradigms – not only within their businesses, but also in how they lead their careers and lives.

We all reach a point when the story of who we’ve been is too small to contain who we truly are. A former brand and innovation strategist, Lizzie’s career shifted in 2017 when a family illness and her own cancer diagnosis led to a questioning of her identity, purpose and direction. This sparked years of learning – from spiritual wisdom, advanced coaching and cutting-edge science – how to navigate change, work with the unknown and create a new reality.

Through her proprietary story transformation partnerships and expertise in holistic executive recruiting, she’s helped thousands of leaders in career, leadership and life transitions clarify who want to become, articulate their future vision and create the conditions, connections and support needed to accelerate their fulfillment and success.

Known for her intuition, empathy and bravery, she partners with those who embrace radical innovation, are committed to leaving the past behind, and are ready to pioneer what’s next. Her inspiring community of clients spans consulting, agencies, startups, venture, private equity, nonprofits and tech – including companies like Accenture Song, Airbnb, Allbirds, Autodesk, Board of Innovation, Droga5, LTSE, LinkedIn, Publicis, Spotify and a growing number of first-time entrepreneurs focused on creating their life’s work and legacy.

Lizzie’s the host of the ‘Now at Work’ podcast and a speaker on leading conscious innovation, intuition in business, women and power, personal brand and influence, career transitions, the future of work and purpose. She’s Board Director for the global nonprofit Women in Innovation, a passionate mentor for emerging talent and advises early-stage startups in women’s health and mental health. Deeply committed to supporting leaders creating better futures for all of us, Lizzie is the recipient of The White House President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for service. She’s an ICF Master Certified Coach, adjunct faculty member at New Ventures West and graduate of Aletheia School of Advanced Coaching. Lizzie incorporates diverse methodologies, including the Enneagram, Internal Family Systems (IFS), intuition, Kabbalah and Dr. Joe Dispenza’s mind-body transformation. Lizzie and her dog, Barkley, are new residents of Santa Monica via Brooklyn and San Francisco.

Two months with Lizzie saved me years of my life that would have been spent feeling misaligned; instead, I am spending them confidently creating my legacy. After a 20+ year corporate career, I’d always dreamed of entrepreneurship, but my attempts were not yielding the results I knew I was capable of. In just two months, I have gained unbelievable clarity, confidence and courage to know and pursue my true purpose.

Before working with Lizzie, I spent years trying to find the perfect CEO for my agency. Within two months of working with her, that person is in the role and it has completely changed the course of my business and life. The caliber of the candidates and the extent to which she truly understands, along with the high-touch way in which she guides the process are just unbelievable.

Before I met Lizzie, I was stuck. Now I’m on a clear path – a path that I love. I am far more confident and happy in my skin. It’s one thing to ‘think’ this intellectually – but actually feeling it has been life-changing. She is different from other coaches because she challenges you, takes you deeper and connects so many dots – leading to holistic personal, professional and relational growth, inside and out.
— Vera Behr, Head of Product at VolumeFi
There are times in one’s life where it’s hard to know who to reach out to for clarity. The support landscape of therapists, coaches, recruiters and healers is a siloed one. When I realized my whole self was missing something, that’s when Lizzie came into the picture. Lizzie’s experience and guidance was next level remarkable. By working through multiple dimensions of my “becoming,” one thing started to lead to the next thing and the next. The unlocking of my future began!
