The Queer Women’s Leadership Circle (QWLC) is a supportive, empowering community where you can show up with depth, authenticity, and heart. Here you will cultivate your executive presence, bring your whole self as a leader, gain insights, and grow personally and professionally while celebrating and expressing all aspects of your identity.

The collective strength of the QWLC fosters groundbreaking changes and supports each member to step into their unique power. This circle isn’t just about support; it’s about transformation. It’s about making substantial changes not just in your professional life but in how you embody leadership every day.

  • WHEN: 6-month program, starting January 2025

    • Circle: Monthly 2-hour sessions every 2nd Thursday | 11:00 am PT // 2:00 pm ET

    • Integration: Monthly 1-hour session | 12:30 pm PT // 3:30 pm ET

  • WHERE: Virtual [Zoom]

  • COST: $600 / month [minimum 6 month commitment]

Meet The Facilitators

 
 

Jody Radtke

Jody is an executive coach for leaders and teams including Spotify, Netflix, Nuna, Slack, Snap and others. From one-on-one conversations to large-group facilitations, Jody develops courageous spaces where leaders can know and be their truest selves, do their best work, and create more just and sustainable environments. Jody lives with her wife, dog and community in the coastal rainforest of British Columbia on the unceded and traditional territory of the Squamish people.

 

 

Cléo Burke

Cléo is a Partner at Evolution, providing executive coaching and leadership development for senior leaders and their teams. Through her heart-centered ethos of ‘better together,’ she supports these leaders as they navigate the increasing complexity and the changing landscapes of their organisational cultures - where they are both responsible and accountable to the vision, strategy, and overall performance, while also needing to develop and care ever-more for the growth, diversity, collaboration, and well-being of their people.
