Scott joined Evolution in 2018 and is the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Leadership Team..
Scott worked for 10 years in New York and London for JPMorgan culminating in a position as the Global Head of US Dollar Interest Rate Exotics Trading. Leaving JPMorgan in 2010, Scott relocated to Los Angeles to try his hand in hospitality. He opened his first restaurant, Wood & Vine, on the corner of Hollywood and Vine in 2011. In tandem, he launched a consulting and operations business named No Roof Ventures that went on to open several more restaurants and bars. In 2015 he joined a restaurant group in Chicago as the CFO in order to implement his restaurant accounting and operations platform.
His experience with, and love for wine, led him to the Santa Ynez Valley in 2017 where he purchased a small vineyard and started production of his wine brand Watchtower. While exploring entrepreneurial opportunities in the Santa Barbara area, Scott met Geoff Graber, Evolution co-Founder, at horse riding lessons for their daughters. Scott was intrigued with the challenges and opportunity to grow Evolution into a premiere bespoke coaching firm. He completed the Coach Training Program at Evolution in 2020 as a means to expand his knowledge of the industry and services and to deepen his impact as a leader. Scott is Australian by birth and has lived globally residing in Adelaide, Hong Kong, Chicago, Brussels, New York, London, Los Angeles and now Santa Ynez.
